Error message: -2147022675 When trying to change password through

Users are unable to change their password and get the above error when
authenticating their AD account. Old accounts set up directly on the web
server do not experience this problem

Any ideas?

Hi Greg,
How are you entrying user name for AD users.
I mean for AD users they need to type domainname\username.
Try this and see if you still get error.
