When you setup IIS 6.0 it builds a default website. After you add other
websites what setting makes the default webpage still be the default page?

You can set a different default document for each site.
Open the Management console and right click on the root folder ( also termed a subweb ) for the site in question, and
select properties.
In the dialog that opens, click the documents tab and place what you want as the default on top of the list.
Or add something different if desired.
