Job Title: Sr. Data Integrator Analyst (ETL) (Contract)
Note: Candidates without proven DI experience will not be considered
under any circumstances
Looking for an experienced ETL Architect with minimum of 5+ years ETL
experience in an Operational Data Warehouse environment, to develop
critical and timely solutions for a major Data Warehouse application.
Utilize Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) tools to maintain, design,
develop, test, implement and document Data Warehouse solutions.
Interface with Business Customers, Business Analysts, Data Analysts,
other Developers and IT support staff to complete assignment. This
person will be working with the data architecture team. The successful
candidate will have hands on, in depth, experience and expertise with
the Data Integrator product and ability to design DI ETL jobs from the
ground up against both dimensional and relational schemas. The ETL
architect will be designing the ETL jobs as well as assisting in their
development.
Skills:
=B7 Be able to quickly understand current environment/databases,
infrastructure and reporting needs.
=B7 Understand the Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) concepts, must have
worked extensively with Data Integrator ETL tool
=B7 Required: Experience with Business Objects Data integrator.
=B7 Required: Oracle 9i/10g (SQL, PL/SQL)
=B7 Required: Understanding of Relational, Dimensional Databases
=B7 Required: Experience in Operational Data Store, Data warehouse and/
or Data Mart ETL development
=B7 Required: Minimum of 3 years experience in implementing ETL with
SQL
=B7 Required: Experience in writing Triggers, SQL Tuning and/or SQL
queries.
=B7 Preferred: Experience working with large databases
=B7 Preferred: Exposure to Business Objects.
=B7 Preferred: Exposure to Erwin, MS Visio.
