Pleas help me!!!!
I know almost nothing about uploading and downloading from the net. My
problem is I am constantly uploading (bytes sent/received) when i am
connected to the net, to the point where i struggle to even access my usual
pages. I dont have any p2p installed and I cant see anything unfamiliar when
I go looking. I have xp home, nortons AV 2003, an spydoctor installed and
still it continues. My isp (bigpond has not been able to help thus far)
WHAT CAN I DO?!!

You are mostly like receiving updates from Microsoft Update Manager or you
have a virus.

Well, using IIS, not much. If you have IIS running, stop your web
sites and FTP sites to see if this activity stops. If you don't have
IIS running you're asking in the wrong group.
