Hi

I have a IIS 5 server running on Windows 2000 SP3. I can display txt
files ok but can't display or download .ini or .dat files which I need
to do. I've amended the mime types for the web site and not the
global properties and added an entry for .ini with text/plain but i
still get a 404 error.

i'm not sure if i need to do anything with the metabase or not or what
might need to be done.

Access is anonymous and all files are in the same folder. Am working
locally on the server so firewalls not a problem.

Regards
Paul

IIS Lockdown or URLScan installed? AV software or firewall that might
block it?
