For some reason people are able to access our company
website from outside of our domain, but not from inside.
When accessing from inside, it displays a "Cannot find
server or DNS Error" error page.

And the problem is most likely exactly what the error message tell you. It
cannot find the server. Probably because you use another DNS server within
the domain, and it is not configured correctly.

Well what do I need to change on my domain's DNS to allow
this?

First off, verify there is a problem.

Is your domain blahblah.com the same as your web site blahblah.com?

If yes, then your Active directory is highjacking your DNS and being
authoritative for the domain.

To fix, find the DNS server (Probably on your domain controllers) and put in
A records for all the hostnames you need specified. Note that may break
other stuff.

If your domains dont match, then it's a simple DNS problem and should be
dealt with just like other DNS problems.

[Rant] Microsoft sure intercoursed the canine when they did that, they
should have put in a big warning when a domain controller is installed "DO
NOT USE A DOMAIN NAME IDENTICAL TO YOUR WEB SITE ON A DOMAIN CONTROLLER".
It would have saved lots of people lots of headaches. [/Rant]

You need to create an A record in the DNS that points to
the IP address of your server.

How are your clients accessing the name of the server? Your internal
clients using the DNS server internally, need to be directed likely to the
local IP of the server and not the remote FQDN IP...

To verify the above, I'd post this message into a networking group or DNS
newsgroup... this isn't an IIS issue but a network configuration issue
instead...
