Why doesn't this work? I set it to 100 KB/S for one of my websites but the files still download at my maximum hosting speed. I also tried to set the
total server max but that had no effect either. I need to limit certain websites to less than my max speed.

Hi,
I got the same problem for IIS6. It does not work for neither the whole web
server or individual site in IIS6. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Tony
