Thanks for the reply.
1. Yes we have rebooted numerous times.
2. The event log has one message that doesnt not provide any additional
info.
It says that the IIS Admin Service hung on startup.
There are additional messages resulting from the fact that IIS Admin did not
start. W3 FTP and others like to have IIS Admin running.
