The IIS Admin Service service terminated unexpectedly.

Good Afternoon,

I'm running IIS 5.0 on a w2k server with SP3. I keep
getting the following event log errors. Looking at various
newsgroups I see that this is not a unique problem. Is
there a known fix? Thank you.

If your server is crashing or hanging you might want to
download our ReJuvin8 tool. It's designed to detect then
restart or reboot. It doesn't fix root problems but it
does give you some breathing room while you are addressing
them. ReJuvin8 also gives you email and telephone alert

Run IISState in crash mode:

iisstate -p <pid of inetinfo> -sc <enter>

It should tell you what failed and caused the problem. If you need help
w/the analysis, you can post the log to the group.
