I'm using Windows XP Pro and I have IIS 5.1 Web Server.
How can I make a secure connection? Am I have to pay for this?
(I heard I have to be a certificate, how can I take it?)

Hi!

You can create a free certificate with OpenSSL but then
everyone who visit the site will get a popup that its not
known. But you will get the secure connection.

http://www.openssl.org/
