Have you investegated using the ADSUTIL command in the \Inetinfo\adminscripts directory? You might also want to review Q240225.

| All the domains are now bound to the old IP adress, and there must be
| some way to change the global setting on all the domains instead of
| marking the "All Unassigned" field 200 times :)
