Did you install SMTP (not installed by default)

If so, it should be in your IIS Manager (Control Panel -> Administrative
Tools)

If it isn't there, then post back and I'll see what I can pull up

Only reply by newsgroup. If I see an email I didn't ask for, it will be
deleted without reading.

Start -> Help -> SMTP

You don't. SMTP *sends* mail from you to others, it doesn't provide
POP capability for receiving mail on a POP client such as Outlook.
You can configure Outlook to use your SMTP for outgoing mail and send
to an account on another system to check.

Thanks Jeff, I got no idea about this, so how I can use SMTP on ISS
for testing your web ( local ) or this is not the case ?

I may sound stupid, but I got no idea what I can do / used for, and had
NOT found much info, that's why I ask you folks.
