The easiest is to install either the Framework or Visual Studio .NET and
work through the quickstarts. Beyond that www.gotdotnet.com has a bunch of
source projects (Workspaces) and www.asp.net has some MS made source
projects (Starter Projects, et al). You can also go through tons of material
at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/net and
https://msdn.microsoft.com/architecture.
