does xp pro have .net framework on it

Just wondering if the standard XP installation contains
the .net framework?

No, but the Framework was included in SP 1 and the 1.1 Framework is
available via Windows Update.

Hi Kelly,

I don't believe so. I have installed XP, and XP pro, and
in order to install .NET I need to download some updated
components from microsoft.

no. it doesn't have .net framework. you must install it manually.

windows2003.
