Thanks for answering me, but, I have looked all through the FP book and can't
find how to do it. Any quick hints???

If the site has the FP SE just use
File Open Site and enter the URL as http://yousitename.com/ and log in
- if you want you can also turn on document Checkout (Tools Site Settings), but it can lock up files if you don't check them back in
after editing

The live site must have FPextensions.
Open FrontPage
File->Open Site/Web (depends on version)
Choose or type in the URL for the remote site in the form
http://www.example.com
Login
Edit.

All users must know the userid and password.


Alternatively for FP2003, Open the site on your PC in FrontPage.
Go to Remote Site view and login to remote site
Click "Open Remote Site in Front Page"
