i need a product to easily create horizontal and/or vertical menus with frames.

support for both internet explorer and netscape needed.

any suggestions? price?

for javascript dhtml menus i'am using the shareware allwebmenus from
www.likno.com. it does a great job for professional web editing and
supports extra javascript coding
