I have tried to use yahoo's translator pages to convert my WebPages to other
languages but it does let them browse the other pages,

is there another website that provides the same thing without adding frames
to the top of the page, as this is what is causing the rest of the WebPages
to fail.
I do not mind having a logo or link to them on the pages.

thank you in advance for you help.

ps languages I need are Somali, African and maybe some others later.

I wouldn't begin to trust a machine translator on a professional site....
