Web site oversized

I have worked too long hours on my website and am very
frustrated. When working on my webpage I would
continuously switch to browser preview to make sure that
everything looked good.
Upon publishing my website It looked perfectly fine on my
computer. When I looked at it from the other computers in
my office the pages seemed oversized and things were not
aligned as they appeared on my computer. I am hoping
there is a simple fix.

Rakesh,

I believe what you might be seeign is different monitor settings as well as browser font settings.

You should be able to reproduce your site in various resolutions and font settings.

Open your FP Web > Go to File >Preview in Browser > Set the resolution to different versions (800x600, 1024x760, etc)
When you have the page up in the test browser do the following:
For IE go to View > Text Size > Larger or Largest
For Netscape (If installed): Go to View > Text Zoom > 100 %, 120 %

If your site is not using style sheets, you should be able to reproduce what your seeing on other computers.

Keep in mind that some people have their setting set to larger than normal because then may be visuualy impaireed or just prefer to view everything in "Jumbo Size".

I am not advocating you use a style sheet or allow large fonts, just trying to help you reproduce the issues and the rest would be your decision.

"Not allowing" large fonts is a real disservice to those who have impaired
vision. Many sites seem to be designed by folks in their 20s, with fonts
hard-coded at 10 point or even 8 point. Older visitors whose eyesight is not
quite what it was, as well as those with serious vision problems, have to
struggle to see the content.

CSS gives site designers a choice of declaring an absolute size for a font,
or a relative size. The latter doesn't give the designer as much control
over the "look" of the page, but it does enable visually-impaired persons to
adjust the font size so they can read it. Shouldn't that be our goal?
