Web site changes do not update immediately

I make changes to our web site on our W2K Server with
2002 Extensions and I can preview the changes and they
look correct however, after saving, when I try to access
them across the net using my IE6 browser, the changes do
not appear. They do appear however on browsers in my
office (I work offsite) but it seems that they don't
appear immediately which they used to do. I can't figure
out if it is a caching problem or what. Any responses are
appreciated!

If the changes appear on other computers and not others it
is an IE issue on your machine. I would open IE and goto
>Tools >Internet Options >General >Temporary Internet Files
>Setings and see how often it checks for updates.
