Web server conflicts

TheMSsForum.com: The Microsoft Software Forum

I have a message that says there is no server at port 80.
Do I have a conflict here? I have tried the uninstall
through the FP server administrator and then reinstall.
I've been told to change the "port 80" to "port 8080" but
I can't change it. Does anyone know how to do this?
