sending task request

You know how on a web page when there is an email link and you put the mouse
above it is says "mailto: someone@somewhere.com". I am wanting a link on my
web site for my co-workers to send me a task instead of an email through the
web site. So I guess I need to know if there is a "mailto:" command for
sending a task.
