    - File Upload Component Hey All, Hope you can help with this. I am thinking it might be a user error on part of my client but correct me if I am wrong. I have created a page with about 15 upload forms to allow client to upload images to separate folders for a photo gallery. It always works fine for me. Never have a problem from 2 different computers. My client experiences the following problems. Unsure if there might be some utility on her machine that cause her to be unable to upload. Quote from my client. "I really think there is something wrong with photo album admin. I have tried for 3 days from home and I brought a cd to work to try from here. It doesn't work here either.     - hyperlink text disappears when editing Hello. Two of us have recently taken over responsibility for our company website. The existing site was built using AdobeGoLive. We are going to support it using Front Page 2003. We've made several successful changes the past two months. Just to clarify we are not both on the site at the same time making chances. The other user has the main responsibility. I back her up and troubleshoot for her when necessary, but am far from an expert in Front Page 2003. Recently when we try to change an existing hyperlink to redirect it to a new target, the text disappears. For example: Click here for our VACATION specials site. VACATION was a hyperlink to www.oldwebsite.com/ourcompany. We wanted to redirect the hyperlink to a new site www.newwebsite.com/ourcompany. Regardless of whether you right click on the VACATION and then edit the hyperlink or whether you go into the Code Screen and change the target in html, the result is the same. You now see on the Design screen: Click here for our specials site. The word VACATION that was the hyperlink has now disappeared. We both have licenses for FrontPage 2003 and it happens to both of us. I have searched both Office Online and the Microsoft KB without success. Help would really be appreciated.     - Looping in a Form I have Office XP with Front Page 2002. I have a form with 18 questions. Question 18 is a radio button response. I need to know where/what to code in the page that if the YES option is selected, the user is returned to questions 12-18 for each occurrence of a YES in question 18 (up to 10 loops). I also want to store the results of each occurrence/respones to questions 12-18 in its own cell in an Excel spreadsheet. I have the form page built for the first occurrence, but not the looping.     - text is moving with screen ! i am trying to create my own web site and have only just started and have a problem already. i have placed a background image on the site which has coloured boxes on it, then i created a cell ontop of one of these colour boxes and added some text (so it looks like its in the box), when im in the working screen or preview screen it looks good but when i go to preview in internet explorer6 window the text all moves with the size of the explorer window thus moving the text away from the coloured box when i increase or decrease the explorer window size , how do i lock it in place so if you shrink your explorer window the text stays there and you need to scroll across to see it all, rather that it shrinking on its own trying to fit in the explorer window.     - Permission denied when publishing If I have "Changed pages only" option selected in the publishing options I get a 550 'xxxxxx': permission denied error when I try to publish my web site.     - target tag within iframe element FrontPage 2003 insists on inserting the "target=_self" attribute within my iframe elements. (Not the links pointing to the iframe, the iframe itself.) Even when I remove that attribute from the code for the iframe, FrontPage puts it right back in when I save the page. HTML validators, including FrontPage's, flag the "target" attribute as invalid for the iframe element. How do I get FrontPage to stop fighting me on this and stop reinserting this invalid attribute?     - Fill In Dates Hopefully someone out there has tried this. I'm trying to write an application that incorporates a timecard for contractor time entry. I have a date picker so that the contractor can pick the Monday start date on which the weeks time is for. What I want to do is take this value and fill seven corresponding text boxes (Sunday through Saturday) with dates driven off the text box the date picker fills in. Something wherein Sunday=startdate-1, Tuesday=startdate+1, Wednesday=startdate+2, etc. Yes, its being written in FP2003 interfacing with a SQL database.     - Why isn't my page title working? I am trying to start the SEO tasks on my new webpage. This is the first time I've developed a web page and my first time using frontpage. I'm trying to add a page title to my pages, but it's not taking. If I go to page properties on the actual page, the Title field is not active. If I go to the Properties box from the folders list, the Title field is active, but my entry does not take. I can click apply, and nothing happens, and I can click ok, and nothing happens.     - image problems !!! i have created a web site which is all stored into a folder called web inside this folder is the pages i have created ie index.htm /contactus.htm ect...and a folder called images the images folder contains all of my images both gif and jpg format when i created the web site i worked on each page individually rather than biuld one and copy to all (apart from the main website navigation buttons) when i was entering pictures into the web pages within my web site i did this by creating a section in the size i wanted and then modifing the background of this section to point to the images folder then to the image itself. some pictures were created by actually adding the picture in then transforming the size to the wanted peramitters. i then uploaded (published) to my bt business server and found that i kept entering into a error code of 553 cwdir: not found i contacted the server help desk who sujested that i upload via ftp:/ manualy through internet explorer.this i did (via drop n drag) and had no problems uploading (no errors). but no pictures would load. i just keep getting a small white box with a red x in it. i then removed the folder link in the html codeing =3D no moved the pictures out of the folder into the same file as the webpages = no changed the folder link from images/imagename to the complete server address/docs/images/imagename = no then phones the help desk again but noone can understand why it works fine on my computer until i try to publish it either by ftp manualy or by the publish web in the file tab. the server claims to support frontpage but i just thought if they dont support my frontpage "2002" but maybe an earlier version like 2000 would this cause the error in my pics. or would none of it work ? please help im going bald here !! kris Tag: send 2 emails from form Tag: 49052

    - Database Connection Error I have a search page within a secure ssl site that seems to work fine right after you log in but if you let it sit for a few minutes and then try another search i get this error message: ---- Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005' The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file 'c:\mypath\parts.mdb'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data. /parts/results.asp, line 7 ------ if you refresh the page a time or two it will work again until you let it sit for a while.     - picture print too big i'm making a company tech support web page... This is to have drawings and sops on it. I have scanned in all the docs as jpgs, at hires and set to print at 8x10.5 . I make links, and in IE the image looks good, but try to print and all I get is the top left corner of my image, and it's huge. I came up with a work around, and that's to make pdf files... this gives nice views, and prints perfectly.. but it's a kluge, and the image has to be adjusted to view fully.     - Publishing woes with MS FrontPage 2002 Hi, I built a website that has a discussion forum and a classified section (www.pulsaraviators.com). At first, neither the forum nor classified section would work until I had the web host "reset" the FrontPage server extensions. One of my problems is that after he reset the extensions everything worked until I "re-published" my website...by re-publish I mean that I made a simple change to my main page and published it to the webhost again.     - Counter stopped Working To ALL Just setup my Windows XP Pro computer with IIS and Frontpage 2003 using SQL 2000 Developer as a database. I've noticed that many of the hosters tell you that they have hundreds email accounts and email aliases. The most reliable and simple method is to check if your host supports autoforwarding
Otherwise you need to daisy chain 2 forms - see
