I created a web site which is hosted by an outside
company. My computer crashed and I had to reinstall
Frontpage 2002. I am now trying to import the web site
back into Frontpage on my computer so that I can manage
it once again. Any advice or tips would be much
appreciated!

Not if you publish. If you import / export then yes you'll lose your navigation and shared borders.
