When I publish my Frontpage website neither my page banner or my navigation bar show up. They are there when I preview the page, but not when I publish. I am using a theme and I have tried many different things to fix this problem but i am at a loss. Can anyone tell me what I have to do to get my page banner and naviation bar to show up? Thanks!

Does the remote Web server have the FrontPage Server
Extensions installed? If not, then just make sure you're
publishing *all* the files in your Web.

If the remote server does have the server extensions
installed, are you publishing directly from FrontPage to
an http:// URL? If not, try doing so.

If publishing directly from FrontPage to an http:// URL
doesn't solve the problem, try the procedure at:

If the site does not have the FrontPage Server Extensions installed make sure you're
uploading the _hidden _derived and _themes folders
