2 probs - DHTML & shared borders

My stats - FP 2000, Earthlink hosting w/ FP server
extensions installed www.stevegibb.com, viewing on IE 5.5

My two problems:

1- I have DHTML FX programmed onto pictures of the
homepage. I did one several months ago & that one works.
Others I added today in the same manner & they do not
work. How can I fix?

2 - I have shared borders (bottom) selected and written
for all pages. They show up in Normal and Preview of FP,
but do not show on the published pages. I have tried
recalculating hyperlinks and republishing as suggested by
others, but they still are not there. I have also asked
Earthlink to re-install my Server Extensions in case of an
error there.

Please help! I am tearing my hair out.
