    - Data Base Results When post results from a database using the insert data base results, how can I sum a column for a specific username. Do I have to add a custom script, or is there a parameters dialog box somewhere to add a SQL statement. Example: I am collecting student data (username) on their total time of exercise, and want to retrieve this data and sum the totals.     - GetFile method of filesystem object hangs IIS I'm trying to use the GetFile method of the filesystem object to determine file attributes. I'm using the code as suggested in MSDN, and find that the GetFile method causes IIS to hang. (won't serve web pages until I reboot.)     - FrontPage 2002 Posting forms results to email I'm trying to set up forms and have the results posted and sent to me via email. I've used this feature before without problem but now when I go to Form Properties the 'Send to E-mail' option is disabled. What happened. I've gone back to the previous pages that I've used forms on and now get an error message stating that E-mail is not supported on a disk based web or somethign about the FrontPage server extensions not being installed.     - Trying to play audio I'm trying to play Real Audio files on my page. My web package is supposed to have Real Audio/Real Video support but so far I haven't been able to get my audio file to play from the web. It plays on my local machine which has Real One player.     - Posting form results to web For some reason my webhost will not let me send results from a form to email or a database. It will let me post the results to a webpage though. My question is, Is it possible to format the results in any way? On my custom confirmation page, I can post the data that was keyed in by the visitor in the format I choose electing to take off the names of the form fields.     - Photo Gallery edit? Does anyone know how to edit the pages created by the Photo Gallery component, horizontal layout? Specifically, the page that comes up to display the full size image after you click on one of the thumbnails from the gallery.     - admin site Hello All! Happy Holydays! I am developing an Admin site that will have all of the links to all of the servers, routers and other crucial things. I have a every day routine to check all of the event viewer logs, space on the servers and things like that. Now this is becoming a pain when you have more than few servers. It would take me hours. Now, I have seen someone developed some kind of code to display server alerts, errors and events on the webpage. Is there a way for me to extend my Admin site and develop a page where all of the errors in logs will be showing up and all of the disk info for every server will be showing up too? Lets say, have one page for each server or have page for disk space and have total, used and available space for every server and every disk or array. Than, have other page for events only. I want to build a website (or have one built for me) but i dont know what programs to use. I am very new to the web world, although i am fairly proficient in MS Access Programming(VBA). The web site that i want is to serve multiple functions that mulitple educational training centers can list their courses on and the general public can goto the website and register for courses. That, in a nut shell, is a very simple description of what i want. But, there is alot of complex rule that must be followed for each coures that is offered on the web site. i.e. one course might have a passing score of X, and the next course might only be participation only to pass the course. Students must be able to see their registration history as well as their current courses Student must be able to see the status of a course .ie. number of spaces available, if course if full the student is added to a waiting list and then added to the course when another student cancels or if more seats are made available by the TC..Students must also be able to download/email themselves a copy of their completion certificate. and students must be able to pay via the web site (Credit card). This description does not even scratch the surface of the complexity of the training center functions that must be available i.e. reports, ability to cancel/edit/add courses, assign instructors to a course (then instructors must be able to log in and see the coures they are going to teach). I am aware this is a very complex project. but my first problems are: What is the most stable of platforms (I think i mean servers) to have this built on? What is the most secure program to have this written in (i.e. no hacker can get the data from this tables) ? What sort of cost would this be (i know this is probably the most difficult of questions to answer) ? Is front page appropriate for this task, if not which program would be? What program would give the most dynamic approach and be light enough to load on peoples machines that dont have cablemodem? what other questions do i need to ask?     - Frames and Buttons questions I had to restart my web-site project b ecause somehow the frame on the left side of the window that holds my link buttons got screwed up and the buttons dissappeared...leaving only text links behind. So I re- created everything and re-applied the Theme I wanted and now all is okay again, however....! How can I add space between selected buttons in my frame? They all seem to appear at a self-regulated height from each other and the only adjustments I can make are as to their order via the navigation page. I need the last button in the frame to have more space between it and the one before than is provided for and there seems no way of doing this! Also, The topmost frame which holds my logo bmp file and some text beneath it I have aligned to the left side, and then I also have another bmp with some text beneath it in line with the logo image and text which cannot be selected seperatly to allow them to be aligned to the right as I would want, thus I simply had to use spces to get them to appear correctly. The problem is however when it is viewed in a browser and the window isn't as wide as the page, these items wrap around to the left side in order to fit and that just doesn't look too good! I would much prefer if they stayed spaced as I set them and that the window would merely show a horizontal scroll bar allowing the user to move it to see the whole page. How can I do this?
