Hello,
I am trying to add a navigation bar to my website. When I
click on "Insert" the navigation bar & page banner options
are grayed out. I cannot figure out how to get them to
become active. Can anyone help me? After this problem is
addressed, there willfor sure be many more as I learn how
to do this. Thanks for your time.

Do you have a FP Web/Site open (not just a page in FP)
If using FP2003 have you enabled them in Tools Page Options Authoring?

Hello,
I am using FP2000. How do you open a web/site in FP2000?
I don't really know anything about using FP with a web
open. Please be patient with me.
When I click on File/Open Web it takes me to a browse
window, then I click on up one level and go to C:\web
urls\. The web url's folder is one place where my website
is stored. When I get to that point, the open file window
does not show my .htm files. It is at this point that I
don't know what to do. How do you open a web in FP2000?

If the folder C:\weburls is the folder that contain your existing FP web just select that folder when you select File Open Web
If it does not contain a web (only a bunch of pages) , FP will convert the entire C:\weburls folder to a FP web

Suggest you try the FP tutorial if you don't understand a FP web
See http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2000/FPTutor.aspx
