I create one .html page with FrontPage, in which I used the FP provided DHTML
- animation.js, outline.js etc. I want to distribute this one .html page to
users so that they can view it in IE.

The recipients of this .html may not have FP installed, so they don't see
the animation, content etc., unless I include the code from the scripts into
the .html sources.

So, the question now is, can I redistribute the FP provided scripts embedded
into the .html page?

Any thoughts in this issue are very much appreciated.

Thanks

Not while still using the FP design components (w/o significant rewrite)
If the page has nothing but the scripts (no other external content), find equivalent free scripts to embed in your page
