Is there a easy way to insert excell spreadsheet?

I get a updated spread sheet once a month that I have to post. It takes alot
of manipulating to get each column set . The site is using css to format. I
want to set up a process to simplify. I would like everyother line a diff
color for ease of reading.

Do you have any suggestions?

You may want to consider using Excel as a data source

1. Click where you want to import Excel file.
2. Insert > File...
3. In Files of type box, choose Microsoft Excel Worksheet
4. Navigate to file and click it's name so it appear in the File name box
5. click on OK.
6. Excel sheet appears.
