home page view

I have used all of the versions of FrontPage and just
recreated my site in FP 2002. I publish on earthlink and
the top of the Home Page does not show unless I reload.
I"ve tried it on different PC's and versions of browsers.
Worse, when I use Compuserve newest version, it hangs the
entire system.

Otherwise, the FP 2002 works like a champ and I like it.
Yes, the FP extensions are on. I DID try to update with
Windows-XP update KB823980 and it hangs and goes nowhere.
But, maybe that is not the solution.
