i have music playing in the background, but it takes forever to get the music to download first. then you have to refresh to get to hear it

I have music playing in the background, but it takes forever to get the
music to download first. then you have to refresh to get to hear it

what I would like to do is like the other site, where it downloads and plays
at the same time. streaming.

how do I get this on my site?

or does someone know of a MP3 to MID converter.?

oops, I using FrontPage 2002, and the music is being played using the
<bgsound.... command in html

This is just my opinion, but I think that background music should be avoided
on all web sites, with the possible exception of sites whose content is
music-related. It is MOST annoying to have someone else's idea of good music
suddenly start blaring from my speakers when I visit a site. What exactly do
you think people are doing when they come to your site - maybe listening to
the radio? Talking on the phone? Background music is the one thing most
likely to drive me away from a site and ensure I never return.
