This is normally caused by not uploading (publishing) correctly.

fphover is a file containing Java code that is required for the FP hoven
buttons to work. It should be uploaded when you publish your site. But use
of the FP hover buttons is discouraged because some users don;t have Java on
their systems so the buttons won't work.
