How to use the full screen.

I would like to display some jpeg files and captions using the full screen,
without the Internet Explorer menus & toolbars. Do you know any way to do
this? I ran into a program that does it (A utility in MediaDex creates a
webalbum that does a slide show where the images use the whole screen). It
seems to use an item "javascript:FullScreen();"
