I have spoken to them and have been told that there is nothing wrong with
the server. they said to check if my internet connection is ok!!
internet is fine.
I have looked at my FrontPage logs and found this in the wecerr.txt file...

set correctly. If you are sure that everything is correct, the Web server
may be temporarily out of service.
and this in the file frontpg.log, but I do not think I have sharepoint
services.

still not having any luck uploading anything in batches, just a file at a
time using the right click publish selected files method and sometime this
does not work.
