I had to recover my hard drive & then copy files from a CD
back to My Webs. I couldn't open them but then read the
post on removing the Read Only property. I did that but
FrontPage seems to be looking in the wrong place for the
files .. the message I get is ... The file "file:///C:/My
Documents/My Webs/<name of folder>/<name of file.htm>" is
not found.
How do I change the beginning of that string
from "file:///?

Hi Jacquie,

file:/// would be correct if the web is disk base and not server based.

Thanks Mike .. but the web is supposed to be server
based. Can you help me get it back to that? I had to
back up my files and then reload them onto the computer
after reformatting.
