While trying to FTP a website to a server I get the following error:
"An error occurred opening that folder on the FTP server. Make sure you have
permission to access that folder.
Details:
200 Type set to A
500 Invalid PORT command
500 LPRT 6,16......... command not understood.

Could someone please assist me

Have you contacted your host concerning this problem?
Folks on this newsgroup can't give you permission but
your host can!

Yes. I have contacted my host on this error. I have permission to access the
server with user and password. But I still get this error. Also contacted
the LAN administrator to see if there is a restriction on my port 21. But
this was not the problem since I could access the server through telnet.
