how do i creat email page in frontpage 2000

hello respected

i want to creat a web page of my site frome where people can send me email
without using outlook or any other mailing softwear OR in other word is there
any template of email page of frontpage 2000 if u know about it plz send me
some information THANKS

Simply create a form with 3 elements in it, a Textarea, a submit button and a
reset button. After the form is created, edit the properties of the form to
send the submit results to your e-mail address.

In order to use Front Page Forms (see Front Page help),
in the manner described by Bob, your site must be hosted
on a server that has the Front Page Extensions enabled on
your account. Furthermore, the account must be enabled
for email transport by your host.

In addition, you must publish your site using the "http"
method not FTP. Using FTP will "break" the Extensions and
render your form inoperative.
