compatability question...

I have been using front page express for years because it
has been sufficient for the designing i've had to do.
However, my computer has recently died and I've had to
replace it. I am not able to run express with Windows
XP. However, my webserver does not support Front Page
2002. If I'm able to pick up a copy of FP2000, is it
fully compatible with Windows XP?
