How do I change the 'Time Zone' in the webbot

How do I change the 'Time Zone' in the webbot? My servers time is set to
two hours behind mine and I need to add two hours to it.

PS I can't change it on the server. Needs to be done in code.

If possible to do this with the FP form handler, you would have to use a JavaScript date and time
script which may be based on the client's machine date and time.

Thanks for the responses. From what I'm reading it looks like timezone is
not something that could be hacked in the webbot.
