    - web search component finds DELETED pages I installed the web component Web Search on my site http://www.walnutbendhomes.com/.     - Database Results Wizard Error I have searched this group, and I've seen other posts on this issue, but none seem to be helping me. When I try to open a page that contains "results" I get the following error: Database Results Wizard Error The database connection named 'tsnconnect' is undefined. This problem can occur if: * the connection has been removed from the web * the file 'global.asa' is missing or contains errors * the root folder does not have Scripting permissions enabled * the web is not marked as an Application Root My Hosting Co has said that it is probably a script issue. I have no clue what to even look for. I'm really trying to learn at this point. Does anyone have any advice, or maybe a resource to where I could find some help.     - Update Page I just read through an example in a book, Microsoft Frontpage 2000 Bible. Chapter 21 deals with working with a database, looking up record with the database results wizard and then editing a record. I have everything working except actually updating a record to the database and the book leaves me up in the air saying that the next thing I need to do after I edit a record is to create an update page but it doesn't show me how to do this.     - eml Extension I don't know if here is the right place for this question or not. I have made and published a web project using FrontPage2000. In my project there are some links to some eml files. When I publish the project and I go to the related Internet address to view my page, the page seems to work well, but when I click on one of my links, I expect the computer to start downloading that eml file, but it only shows me the text of eml file using Internet Explorer. If I r-click on the link and select "Save as", it asks me the location and then saves the file with htm extension. I want it to save those files in eml format. How can I do that?     - txt file creation Hi, Can anyone help? I'm new to creating webpages so please bear with me! I want to create a web page that has a textbox where a visitor can enter text (possible upto a few thousand words). When then hit submit, I want the text to be saved as a txt file by the name which the visitors specify. I wish for all the files that visitors create to be listed in some sort of table where other visitors can click on to view the files.     - How to change link bar descriptions and links Hello, Using FP2002, I did File/New/PAge or Web, selected Web site templates/Customer Support Web. On the left side, it has some kind of link bar(i'm assuming it's a link bar because when i right click on it, i get a link bar properties option).     - Problem with https converting http pages to https My web address begins with http://. However, I do have SSL pages with addresses that begin with https://. Here's the problem. If someone goes to the secure page and then clicks a link out of the secure page, it adds the 's' to http. As such, each page the visitor visits after leaving the https page pops up with the msg "some of the items on this page are unsecure, do you want to view the unsecure items".     - Help with IIF Statement Here is my IIF statement: WHERE IIF(('::GreatTotalScore::'=''), True, TotalScore>=::GreatTotalScore::) ANd IIF('::LessTotalScore::'=''), True, TotalScore <= ::LessTotalScore::) This works correctly. It is pulling the data from a query made in MS Access for the total score of numerous fields. However, It only works if both criteria are put in, meaning, I can't leave GreatTotalScore or LessTotalScore blank or it will produce an error stating missing operator. I have made numerous IIF statements in the past all identical to this one; however, they have all been for text fields. If I change this statement to the following: WHERE IIF(('::GreatTotalScore::'=''), True, TotalScore>='::GreatTotalScore::') ANd IIF('::LessTotalScore::'=''), True, TotalScore <= '::LessTotalScore::') (added single quotes to 2nd portion of IIF statemtn on both). That statement works also for everything MINUS scores of 100...it reads them as 1 instead of 100 (cause its seeing it as text). Does anyone know how I can repair this statement to work like the text version so it skips the input box if its null AND work like the numeric version to see a score of 100 as 100? Thanks!     - Publish to another file on local computer I have a website(site A) in which I have set up individual passworded folders for clients so that they can click on their client number and view their work as I progress through it. I build their website in it own web folder(Site B) and then try to publish it to their folder within "site A". When I try to publish "site B" to "site A" I always get the message "No web site exists at this location, do you want one built". If I say no, it won't publish as all. If I say yes it builds a subweb, which causes me problem when I am uploading Site A to the Internet. Is there a way to publish a site to a folder without a subweb being built? Can I somehow override something so that ONLY my main page scrollbars are my color and the rest of the page (textarea's) are the default standard color? I have a discussion board set up at my site (www.guthormones.co.uk) using FP
2002. windows XP. 1&1 is hosting the site. FP server extensions active.

But when i posted an opening thread myself, i find that the option for
further continuations to the thread is not available!

A new thread can be posted..but no link is made available to continue
posting to the present thread

_cfrm, _frm, _post, _srch, _toch and _wlcm are the pages created in My Webs.
But no link to continue thread! Am i missing a web page needed in MY webs ?
