I'd say just a windows server.
FWIW, what you're trying to do should require nothing but the FrontPage
server extensions and should work just fine on a UNIX box.
If you like contact me directly and I'll hook you up with some extra space
I've got. and you can get a taste of how easy this is all supposed to be.
