Ok what is the best way to add text to a cell in a table
with set widths.

Type and line space (enter) where I want it to break?

or

just type and let it break on it's own?

Also if I copy text from a word document it takes on the
margins too, why and how do I fix that.

Thanks

Depends on what you want. If the results of the auto wrap is ok with you,
use it. If not put in your own breaks (shift+enter for a new line without a
blank line).

Copying text from Word always seems to cause problems. Copy it from Word and
paste it into a text editor such as Notepad - this gets rid of all the
formatting. Then copy from Notepad to FP.
