When I use the upload file element and while actually testing the web, when
the form is submitted it asks for user ID and password in pop-up window
(title of this window is same as website). I want to be able to have users
upload photos...the submitted form never makes it anywhere of course...what's
up with this ID/PW request? The form works fine without including upload
files element. This happens whether or not files are actually attached to the
element...just the presence of the upload file element makes the form
unusable and results in the ID/PW window showing up. Thanks for any
insights...
