I just read through an example in a book, Microsoft Frontpage 2000 Bible.
Chapter 21 deals with working with a database, looking up record with the
database results wizard and then editing a record.

I have everything working except actually updating a record to the database
and the book leaves me up in the air saying that the next thing I need to do
after I edit a record is to create an update page but it doesn't show me how
to do this.

Is anyone familiar with this book and the example in chapter 21 and can show
me how to make an update page?

Thanks.

SAC:
Are you in a position to upgrade to either FrontPage 2002 or 2003? They both
have the Database Interface Wizard, which will create the database update
page for you.

Unfortunately I'm not in a position to do that.

How to update information in an Access database by using ASP in FrontPage
2000
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/240090/en-us

You may want to add this page:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=%2Fsupport%2Ffrontpage%2Ffp2000%2Frc%2Fdatarc.asp
(FrontPage 2000 Database Resource Center) to your favorites.
