They look fine to me in IE (at 32 bit screen resolution settings)
May not look good to others w/ less color bits
And they look like Tahoma

When you use a theme, FP generates a merged .gif image from the text image (transparent .gif in your _overlay folders from the text
in your nav view) and the _theme button image (background), so user fonts no longer play a role in the final images in the _derived
folders.
FYI
all your absolute positioning and negative offsets will wreak havoc w/ many browsers
PS
The space bar is not a design tool
- use tables instead for all positioning
