Hello. I am using Frontpage 2000 on Windows XP. Works fine. The other day
I had to FTP in from another location thank where my Frontage resides and
make a change to the web site. No problem worked fine. However, now when I
make a change with Frontpage, I wants to overwrite my change I made with an
older file version on my frontpage computer. Can I somehow sync the file on
the web server with my frontpage here?

Cheers

Open your online site in FP, Run Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks, and then Publish (changes) to your local to get it in sync
- you are lucky that using FTP did not clobber your FP SE on the site
