Still can't set up fields to accept numbers.

I have created a form in FP 2000 that includes fields for
phone numbers. I just upgraded to FP2003 from FP2000 and
although I've followed all instructions available to me,
the phone number fields still won't accept numbers
exclusively. Still accepting text.

Had a phone message from "Hari" at Microsoft, be he left
no e-mail address to respond to.

Have you set the validation to "Digits only" in form field properties, Validation??
