There isn't one in 02, you'd Window | New Window to open another instance of
FP.
In 03 there is a Split View with gives you Design View on bottom frame and
Code View on top, but I have a feeling this is not what you want to do
either.
BTW, Split View alone was worth the price of upgrading for me.
