If your online hosted site has the FP Server Extensions
Open FP
In FP open your online site
- File Open Web/Site and enter your URL as http://www.yousitename.com/ and log in
The use File Publish Site and browse to a location (top level folder - say C:\MyWeb) on your PC

You have 2 files w/ the same name but w/ different CaSe
- rename them to be unique names (or delete the unneeded one)
