I'm using FP2000 to publish my web. My website has other
files and directories (weblog info) that are not part of
my FP web. How can I get FP to quit trying to remove all
the files that aren't part of "it's" web? Any help would
be appreciated. Thanks.

If your host supports subwebs, convert that folder to a subweb (right click folder to convert to web) and don't open it in FP
